It is geographically located at No.

We further define different facade unit types in the lattice system according to the specific urban space attributes faced by each building facade.

199, west section of Hubei Road, Luhu eco city, Tianfu new area, Chengdu.

The facade is mainly made of wood plates, which are combined with the vertical greening of the curtain wall to echo with a more natural space atmosphere.

The floating headquarters is located in the northern lakeshore peninsula of Chengdu Luhu eco city, It is composed of eleven single family office buildings and three courtyards enclosed by them.

The facade adopts a unified lattice system to establish the structural tone and style of the building complex in the city.

While the breeze brings ripples, it also helps to adjust the microclimate of the building space.

The bottom of the overhead floor is a large area of open water, and the building floats on the water surface of different elevations.

The starting point of design thinking is to maximize the usable area of each floor, set up a common outdoor evacuation staircase between the walls of adjacent buildings, and establish a three-dimensional public space system combined with outdoor platforms and vertical greening while meeting the fire evacuation function.

In this project, we hope to invite people in the form of space, so that more natural and public space can bring new possibilities to high-density office buildings and the lifestyle it carries.

Therefore, we chose glass bricks that are more sensitive to light and transparent to respond to the image of water.

The erection operation not only dispels the sense of closure of the enclosed volume, but also blurs the boundary of the building.

The construction period is from August 2018 to September 2021.

People will meet here, and the relationship between people, people and cities, people and nature will be extended..

The three courtyards are successively expanded from north to South and connected with each other.

While absorbing the context of the city, it creates a series of public spaces that are full of welcome gestures to the city and users.
