Article 4: According to the on-site supervision plan formulated by the supervising enterprise, the construction enterprise shall notify the project supervision organization dispatched by the supervising enterprise to the construction site in writing 24 hours before the construction of key parts and processes that require on-site supervision.
The project supervision agency shall arrange on-site supervision personnel to implement on-site supervision according to the on-site supervision plan.
