The center serves as a connection between the new residential area and the regional center, serving as a gateway to nearby parks and local facilities.
The center aims to accommodate different user groups (including students, students, sports clubs, and individual citizens) and is also a multifunctional venue for hosting large-scale events such as concerts, seminars, tournaments, major leagues, or international sports competitions.
