BIM scholars: a professional BIM circle on February 22, Chongqing daily learned from the Municipal Commission of housing and urban rural development that in order to guide and regulate the restoration and construction activities of historical buildings in Chongqing, the Municipal Commission of housing and urban rural development recently issued the technical guidelines for the restoration and construction of historical buildings in Chongqing (hereinafter referred to as the guidelines), which is planned to be implemented in March this year
.
It is understood that our city has released five batches of historical building protection lists, and more than 600 historical buildings have been included in the protection system
.
Strengthening the repair of these buildings can more fully display the regional architectural characteristics of Chongqing, continue the urban context, and retain the “beautiful nostalgia” for the masses
.
According to the guideline, the preliminary work such as survey, mapping, detection and evaluation should be carried out before the restoration and construction of historical buildings, so as to determine the protection value, damage degree, safety level and relevant restoration and construction basis of historical buildings
.
In addition, building information model (BIM) technology should be used in each stage of historical building restoration to improve the quality and efficiency of restoration construction
.
At the same time, the guideline also requires that raw building materials should be given priority and fully used in the restoration and construction of historical buildings; similar materials with the same historical period as raw building materials should be selected for the use of alternative materials; the safety, durability, environmental protection and other main properties of new imitated and processed materials should not be lower than those of raw building materials, and their apparent characteristics should be the same or similar to those of raw building materials
.
It is strictly forbidden to move out or cut down the old trees and ancient trees in the site
.
The new tree species and their layout should be coordinated and unified with the style of historical building site and historical and cultural tradition
.
In addition, the structural reinforcement design of historical buildings should be considered as 30 years
.
After expiration, if the structure is considered to work normally by reliability appraisal, its service life can be extended
.
In addition, in the restoration and construction of historical buildings, in addition to the termite control and prevention of the original wood components of the building, termite prevention measures should also be taken for the new wood components, and the surrounding garden trees and green space should be listed as the control scope
.
The “guidelines” also requires that before the restoration and construction of historical buildings, photos and image data of historical elements such as various parts and nodes of the original buildings should be taken and preserved; observation and monitoring should be strengthened during construction, and effective technical measures should be taken in time when potential safety hazards are found
.
The completion data of the project should be sorted out and filed in time as the basis for the daily maintenance of historical buildings
