The second Yuanda phase I and phase II industry committees were automatically dissolved after they expired in August 2016.

Second, electricity: phase 1-3 share a high-voltage distribution room, which is located in the basement of phase II.

The electricity charges of phase I and phase II before the household meter transformation (including the owner’s electricity and public area electricity) are handed over by Chengyue property to the Yuanda Innovation Property Office designated by Yuanda real estate, and they collect and pay to the power supply bureau.

Because Yuanda phase III has undertaken the management and maintenance of the total ring main cabinet from phase 1 to phase 5, the maintenance responsibility of the shared facilities and equipment does not need to be defined.

Over the past few years, with the strong support and coordination of jieeryan community and the unremitting efforts of a batch of owner volunteers in Yuanda phase I and phase II, we have finally gradually found out the real property rights of the two communities, and learned that we can apply for adjustment of building zoning according to national policies to realize the desire of independent management of Yuanda phase I and phase II.

The property owner of the electricity account of Yuanda phase 1-5 is Yuanda real estate.

At present, only when we face the reality and understand each other can we get the two communities out of trouble, otherwise no one can be alone.

Because of the above “shared ancillary facilities and equipment”, they were recognized as “one building zoning”.

The outgoing cables from the high-voltage distribution room in phase II supply power to the park in phases 1-3 respectively.

The public electricity meter of phase I is in the box transformer room next to building 15, and the public electricity meter of phase II is in the low-voltage distribution room of phase II (respectively the lighting meter of the park general terrace, elevator meter and shop meter).
