Compared with people’s previous thinking habits of “people adapt to products”, various experiments being carried out in the architectural optics laboratory are more like “products adapt to people”.

The laboratory on the second floor is equipped with four intelligent skylights to further enhance the richness of the scene; Windows that can pass through natural light are also equipped with intelligent control devices to meet the needs of different types of experiments for natural light.

At the thinking level, designers, engineers and experimenters often have different work ideas and focus.

Although there were many good results, they were often unable to work together, and the results could not be brought into full play.” Zhang Xin said.

While reshaping the relationship between products, subjects and users, the building optics laboratory is also providing an effective reference for opening up various industries and promoting multi-party exchanges.

In order to overcome the limitations of traditional laboratory research, in the design and transformation stage, the laboratory building has carried out special research on intelligent monitoring and regulation, light environment, thermal environment, natural ventilation, energy consumption and other aspects.

The real feelings of the subjects have become the focus of attention.

I like to take pink rays on the way to and from work; I can’t walk when I meet my favorite small lamp; When you go to a new space, you have to look carefully to see if there is any amazing lighting design…
