N é mausus is the simplest house possible.
Based on a certain spatial and clear scene (leap story, line of sight from the living room to the room…) and the selection of constituent elements (stairs, partition walls, doors…), these apartments enable future tenants to know where they live.
All through – two orientations, the possibility of air passing through the space, which is an important concept of comfort in the Mediterranean climate.
