To this end, Chen Kangping believes that the National Standards Commission should take the lead of the housing and construction, fire protection and other departments and relevant associations as soon as possible to further establish and improve the standard system covering all aspects of product design, engineering construction, testing and acceptance, and matching with technology development and market, such as “connection standard of photovoltaic modules in buildings”, “design specification of photovoltaic modules under different application scenarios”, etc, It can not only provide a basis for the development of photovoltaic building integration, but also participate in the formulation of international standards and have a say in the development of the industry

Chen Kangping suggested that, on the one hand, we should encourage new residential buildings, commercial buildings, commercial facilities, industrial parks, primary and secondary schools to carry out the integrated application of photovoltaic buildings (taking photovoltaic modules as building components), on the other hand, we should encourage the existing facilities to carry out the integrated transformation of photovoltaic buildings

The government public investment projects can gradually enforce the integrated application of photovoltaic buildings, for all the realization of photovoltaic modules We will give priority to land supply, plot ratio award and other policy support for the construction integrated application project

In addition, for the grid connected power generation mode of “spontaneous self use and surplus power on”, appropriate subsidies can be given according to the actual power generation, and the “new energy + energy storage” mode can be actively explored, which can not only realize load peak shaving and valley filling, increase the peak shaving capacity of power grid, but also effectively realize the electricity tariff parity, and truly accelerate the replacement of traditional energy
