(GP) announced the completion of COFCO Qianhai Innovation Center, a state-of-the-art headquarters and multi tenant office complex located in Shenzhen, China.
This 190000 square meter development project consists of two almost identical towers, each with a large glass enclosed atrium at the top.
These courtyards provide unique logos for the headquarters of two related companies: COFCO Group and Yingjiehua COFCO Life Insurance.
The 200 meter and 180 meter high towers consist of three slender volumes, with a transparent upper part that exposes an open atrium connected to the surrounding urban landscape and an independent outdoor sky terrace.
These towers are adjacent to urban green belts and parks, closely integrated with the natural environment.
The architectural plan is rectangular with one side conical to expand the landscape view of the front bay.
