For the new land supply projects in 2021, the proportion of building area constructed by prefabricated technology in each project will not be less than 10%, and the assembly rate of single building will not be less than 50% in principle

For new land supply projects in 2022, the proportion of building area constructed by prefabricated technology in each project shall not be less than 15%, and the assembly rate of single building shall not be less than 50% in principle

Give priority to the pre-sale of commercial housing

28) after being recognized by the competent department of construction engineering bidding

The prefabricated building area and assembly rate shall be recognized by the county housing and construction department according to the “building area calculation rules”, “Hunan green prefabricated building evaluation standard” and relevant documents

The recognition results will be used as the basis for policy support, and will be filed together with the completion acceptance data

.
