J + | interesting architecture: innovative expression rooted in Classics — CCCC · xiangjianglai


CCCC Xiangjiang is located at the core of Longgang plate in Yongning District, Nanning city.

△ inspired by Alvaro Siza’s “spirit of place”, the central landscape garden takes the site as the starting point, adopts the design method of shape following the situation, respects the original terrain of the “old” site, which is low in the South and high in the north, and creates a “new” elevated floor space site in the form of platform.

While the residence is far away from the main roads as far as possible to form a relatively quiet living environment.

In the selection of building type and house type, through the change of the number of building floors, a rich urban skyline is formed with the landscape, so that the buildings and the city can be integrated and symbiotic.

Lifting Insert

Commercial and other supporting service functions are set on the west side of the residential area, facing the main service population.

It designs four platforms with a height difference of 3.5-4 meters to connect with the external site, and incubates the pan club, children’s playground of all ages, sunshine lawn steps The diversified spaces such as fitness walls and cascading waterfalls, together with the overhead floors running through the whole park, form a panoramic three-dimensional migration park that belongs to the CCCC Xiangjiang River.

Joy plus conveys the world’s interesting design and consulting order — “the orders” is the traditional classic style of the green city design system.

How to balance design and complex terrain? △ the key to solving the problem of the area map lies in the reconstruction of the spatial order of the irregular plots.

The project covers an area of about 138 mu, which needs to be compatible with housing, headquarters office and business.

△ general planning deduction △ the bird’s-eye view adopts the concept of “one core, two axes and multiple centers” in the space group and landscape creation, and takes Guanlan swimming pool as the axis, with different levels of landscape, gardens and interactive spaces, intersecting with the etiquette axis to form the core landscape circle of the residential area.

Starting from the geometric relationship of the plot and the surrounding road relationship, the architect divided the plot into three relatively regular small plots: residential area, office area and supporting facilities.

The interior of the plot is in a slope state, with a maximum height difference of 14 meters from the surrounding planned roads.

Is there any innovative expression of the residential form that breaks through the classics? In the CCCC xiangjianglai project, the architects broke the Convention and tried to break through the traditional residential design form of the green city on the basis of respecting architecture and nature, residential function and spatial experience through local thinking.

They broke away from the shackles of three-stage, central and solemn feeling, and created a product style with modern texture from three-dimensional life scenes, debasement, asymmetry and other aspects, with a fashionable, light luxury, young and dynamic posture, Establish a new ideal human settlement in Nanning, a natural city.

The architect placed the headquarters office building in the South and southeast corner, echoing the original urban spatial order and creating a spatial environment and urban image coordinated with the original city.
