In recent years, the construction of rural housing in our town has developed rapidly, and the living conditions of the masses have greatly improved.
However, some rural housing constructions have the phenomenon of unplanned construction, which leads to the inability to guarantee the quality and safety of rural houses.
There are prominent problems such as large building areas, high building floors, incomplete functions, inconvenient use, and inconsistent style.
In order to promote the construction of a batch of modern, aesthetically pleasing, cost-effective, structurally safe, and environmentally friendly characteristic residential buildings, and meet the different housing needs of the people, in accordance with the principles of “safety, applicability, economy, and aesthetics”, and highlighting the concept of “people-oriented, economical and intensive, green and low-carbon, and local characteristics”, our town has launched a rural housing design scheme atlas.
From the recommended housing construction drawings by the housing and urban-rural development department, 30 excellent rural housing design schemes have been selected for reference and use by all residents in the town.
