Due to the limited land use and doubled functional requirements, the design fully integrates similar functional spaces, allowing the old and new functional spaces to “drive” each other, creating a “comprehensive body” that combines administrative services and international exchanges, creates a three-dimensional combination of wind and rain playgrounds and track and field fields, and can be used for teaching or sports, and stimulates vitality under the constraints of intensive land use conditions.
