If there is a problem with the quality of cement, it should be confirmed in writing by the engineering and technical personnel that under degraded use conditions, the project location used and the quality requirements that do not affect the location should be indicated; 7) The cement variety, label, and test number indicated on the concrete trial mix sheet and concrete test block test report shall be consistent with the content on the cement factory certificate or retest report.
Sand and stone 1) shall have factory quality certificates and product performance test reports; 2) Sand and stone used in the project shall be sampled and tested according to the origin, variety, specification, and batch size according to relevant specifications; 3) If the test results of sand and stone do not meet the quality standards, they should not be used in principle.
If there are provisions in the acceptance specifications or there are doubts about the quality, mechanical property tests and chemical composition and compatibility tests should be conducted according to the specifications; 2) The friction surface of high-strength bolts shall be subject to anti-sliding coefficient test according to regulations, and the high-strength bolts shall be subject to strength test according to specifications.

Generally, the cement can only be approved for use after passing the three-day strength retest report; 4) The cement retest items mainly include compressive strength, flexural strength, and soundness.

Rebar 1) Rebar shall have factory quality certificate and test report, and shall be sampled for mechanical performance test according to relevant standards; 2) Imported steel bars shall have mechanical property tests, chemical analysis reports, and weldability test reports; 3) For frame structures with seismic fortification requirements, the strength of the longitudinal load-bearing reinforcement shall meet the design requirements; When there are no specific requirements in the design, the measured strength values obtained from the inspection for Class I and Class II seismic ratings should comply with the following provisions: the ratio of the measured tensile strength value to the measured yield strength value of the reinforcement should not be less than 1.25, and the ratio of the measured yield strength value to the standard strength value of the reinforcement should not be greater than 1.3.
Cement 1) Cement shall have the manufacturer’s factory quality certificate and test report (including factory type, variety, strength grade, production date, factory number, and test number; including the manufacturer’s 3-day test report and 28-day reinforcement report); 2) After the cement enters the factory, the supervisor shall inspect the packaging and marks of the cement, and check whether the packaging and marks are consistent with the factory inspection report of the cement; 3) Before use, a retest must be conducted, and the retest batch size should comply with the provisions of the current construction quality acceptance specifications.
If necessary, test the setting time, etc; 5) If the cement is subject to rapid testing, the qualification judgment shall be based on the 28 day standard curing strength; 6) The cement test sheet should have a test conclusion.
Steel fittings used for steel structures must have a quality certificate, Chinese logo, and inspection report, and their performance should meet the requirements of the design documents and the contract.
If qualified, both test reports should be retained at the same time.

Waterproof materials 1) The following 8 types of waterproof materials should be reviewed for product approval certificates: chlorinated polyethylene waterproof roll, neoprene waterproof material EPDM sheet, elastomer asphalt waterproof roll, plastic asphalt waterproof roll, petroleum asphalt paper based asphalt felt, polyurethane waterproof coating, water-based asphalt based waterproof coating, and water-based PVC tar waterproof coating; 2) There shall be product certificate, performance test report, and retest test report (multi component materials shall have a mixture ratio description); 3) The linoleum shall be provided with a factory quality certificate, which includes various technical indicators such as the variety and grade, and shall be subject to sampling inspection.
4) Formed steel bars that are processed centrally in the factory should have a factory certificate and a steel bar factory qualification certificate issued by the processing unit, which should indicate the number and test date of the steel bar retest test sheet; 5) The appearance inspection records of high-strength steel wires and strands used for prestressed concrete shall be made batch by batch, and samples shall be taken for mechanical performance tests according to relevant regulations; 6) The items in the reinforcement test sheet should be filled out completely, with test conclusions.

Masonry materials such as bricks and blocks shall be provided with factory quality certificates and product performance test reports for incoming masonry materials.
