On the morning of April 24th, the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau held a meeting on promoting the standardization of construction safety production in the city and analyzing the safety production situation in the first quarter of 2023, in order to effectively grasp the safety production work of the city’s construction and further improve the standardized management level of construction safety production.
Director Xu Anchao has put forward five requirements for safety production work: 1.
Various regions should strengthen regulatory efforts, vigorously promote the purchase of third-party services to solve the problem of insufficient regulatory power, and effectively improve the level of safety supervision.

The main responsible persons of the housing and construction departments, as well as the quality supervision and safety supervision institutions in each county (city, district) and functional area; Responsible persons of relevant functional departments and departments of the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau; The main responsible persons of municipal level centralized construction implementation units, key real estate enterprises, and construction enterprises; About 80 people from key project supervisors and construction units in the urban area attended the meeting.
At the meeting, we focused on watching videos of the construction and application of three new technologies: socket and socket type buckle type steel pipe scaffolding, external scaffolding steel plate mesh, and new glass curtain wall type container house.
Promoting safety standardization work is an important task assigned by the main leaders of the Municipal Party Committee and Government, and all units in different regions should firmly have confidence and determination to do this work well.

The meeting emphasized that standardization of safety production is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry: firstly, to unify ideas and fully understand the importance of promoting safety standardization; Secondly, multiple measures should be taken simultaneously to implement standardization work and improve management level.
