In the project, residents can access multiple public facilities within the building through the “canyon” path from the 6th to the 9th floor, including a gym, public meeting rooms, and outdoor gardens.
In addition, there is a rooftop terrace of approximately 630 square meters at the top of the building, which includes a swimming pool, spa center, and outdoor garden, allowing residents to enjoy leisure time while admiring the magnificent views of the Denver skyline and the distant Rocky Mountains.
