In 2012, he built a one-story brick concrete structure house in his private land on the north side of Binhe Road, which had been idle for a long time

Some walls had cracks, which had potential safety hazards and affected the implementation of the flood well project on Binhe Road

The law enforcement officers of the Law Enforcement Bureau communicated with the parties for many times, mobilized them to demolish by themselves, and issued legal documents to the parties according to law, such as “Notice of order to demolish within a time limit”, “decision of order to demolish within a time limit”, “Notice of order to demolish within a time limit”, etc., but the parties refused to demolish

According to the relevant provisions of the urban and rural planning law of the people’s Republic of China and the administrative compulsory law of the people’s Republic of China, with the approval of the county government, the compulsory demolition was carried out on March 9
.
