In 2012, he built a one-story brick concrete structure house in his private land on the north side of Binhe Road, which had been idle for a long time

According to the relevant provisions of the urban and rural planning law of the people’s Republic of China and the administrative compulsory law of the people’s Republic of China, with the approval of the county government, the compulsory demolition was carried out on March 9
