This residence is located in a villa area in Karuizawa, which was developed about 50 years ago and is surrounded by trees.

Each homestead covers an area of approximately 1000 square meters and has a building coverage rate of 20%.

As a famous summer resort, Karuizawa is cool and humid in summer, and cold and piercing in winter, with complex and varied environmental conditions.

Unlike the closed off residences that were only popular during vacations in the past, there are now more permanent residents here, and the community is filled with the vitality of swaying leaves and chirping birds and insects.
