Because it is not far from Hangzhou, where there are already several large residential parks, a cultural complex with an area of 15000 square meters is needed as a supporting facility.
Because it is adjacent to the Fuchun River and has rapeseed flowers, I considered that this building should have some relationship with calligraphy and painting culture, so I first used the concept of stationery in this project design.
