Independent residential building design: Red Rocks/redevelopment in the United States


The design team has rearranged the plan, retaining the simple two-story framework and prioritizing the connection between residential space and landscape, including designing new steel frames, glass, and wooden stairs in different positions that allow the line of sight to penetrate the residence and even the hillside.

Another newly added bedroom is on the second floor, using unmodified clay and unfilled limestone, suspended outside the building to maximize the preservation of outdoor living space, with a building area of 417.
