Glade House is located in an exclusive independent residential area in central Singapore, with open land and spacious street facing areas.

Its architectural design adheres to a low-key and restrained style – the elegant layered facade is separated from public areas by a series of sliding aluminum alloy screens, which not only ensures privacy but also adjusts lighting and landscape views.

Metal Rebar Caps

These flexible screens, combined with a wide overhanging roof, form part of the overall passive design strategy, giving the house a “breathing” function: even during tropical monsoon seasons, they can promote air convection and maintain comfortable indoor temperatures.
