The project is located on the banks of the Grand Canal in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, with a straight-line distance of only 500 meters from the canal.
Although the plot has resource advantages, there are many planning restrictions in the surrounding area, such as subway shield control lines and building height zoning control lines.
Taking classics as the bone and canals as the soul, excavating the cultural context of canals, and creating works of hidden luxury and elegance, this was the initial goal of the owner’s design for us.
