The Anji Linxi Science and Technology Innovation Center is located on Fuyu South Road, Dipu Street, Anji, Huzhou.
It is situated in the core development corridor of the “Two Mountains” Future Science and Technology City, adjacent to the Huxi Riverside Green Belt on the east side and facing Lingfeng Lake and Lingfeng Mountain on the west side.
It boasts three landscape resources: urban, water system, and forest.
The total land area of the project is about 32000 square meters, with a total construction area of 67590 square meters.
It consists of four highly staggered research and development towers, a multi story woven podium, a central inner courtyard, a sunken courtyard, and a waterfront public square.
Its functions cover science and technology innovation research and development offices, independent corporate headquarters, product exhibition halls, conference and roadshow centers, and supporting commercial and leisure social spaces.
