A three-dimensional campus growing by the river: an educational complex where chaos and order coexist

The base is nestled against the winding river, backed by undulating mountains, and next to it stands a new look of urban development.

Architects did not elevate buildings above the environment, but instead embedded them in the site with a humble attitude: from the air, the buildings looked like settlements naturally formed after being “washed away” by the river, with white blocks of varying heights leaving gaps between the river, mountains, and city.
