The 14th Five Year Plan period is the first five years for China to embark on a new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country and advancing towards the second centenary goal.
During this period, the architectural design industry will focus on the new development stage, implement the new development concept, construct a new development pattern, and achieve high-quality development.
In order to continuously meet the needs of all industry enterprises for understanding the current development status, environment, existing problems, and development trends of the architectural design industry, under the guidance of the China Survey and Design Association, the Architectural Design Branch organized the seventh industry development report, namely the “Research Report on the Development of the Architectural Design Industry 2022-2023” (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”), which was officially released in December 2024.
This article shares some representative viewpoints and contents of the report, aiming to further clarify the future development direction of the architectural design industry and provide thoughts and suggestions on development strategies for the industry.
