Casa Caim á n is one of three residences and fifteen villas located in a complex on the coast of Oaxaca, Mexico.
The complex is located between the ocean and the lagoon, with multiple architectural works extending into the landscape, including residences, villas, beach clubs, and restaurants.
Each building establishes a dialogue with the landscape through sculptural geometric forms, using architectural languages such as colored concrete walls, platforms, palm roofs, and tzal á m wooden screens.
The inspiration for this project comes from the folk architecture of this coastal region.
