Casa LUAA is a 260 square meter private residence built by architect Anna Smoot, located in the Vincent Lopez neighborhood of Buenos Aires Province.
The project is centered around the symbiotic connection between architecture and courtyard greenery, gradually transitioning from the first floor to the top floor in terms of spatial temperament, transitioning from transparent and open to introverted and private, and ultimately returning to an open and ethereal atmosphere.
The building blocks are detached from the partition walls of neighboring houses and land independently.
The compact volume is surrounded by greenery, achieving the design core of living in nature.
