Nest and Cascades, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), is located in the Kodra e Dielliet area south of the Albanian capital Tirana.
The project was commissioned by local developer Agikos and consists of two parts: The Nest and The Cascades, which respectively respond to the demand for new residential and hotel facilities in the hillside community.
As the capital of Albania, Tirana is the political, economic, and cultural center of the country, renowned for its vibrant post socialist architecture and active coffee culture, with a metropolitan population of nearly one million.
As Albania accelerates its process of joining the European Union, the World Bank expects significant economic growth in the medium term, with Tirana being a key pillar of its growth.
