In the context of the “dual zone drive” of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and the Shenzhen Pilot Demonstration Zone, Qianhai Smart Bonded Warehouse is positioned as an “innovative benchmark”, breaking through the traditional image of warehouse buildings as mere “functional containers”.

The design aims to integrate “cultural, regional, and contemporary” elements, making it a three-dimensional landmark that carries urban memory, integrates into the urban environment, and leads logistics building innovation.

This project breaks the stereotype of traditional industrial architecture through narrative techniques and the language of public architecture, and conducts a deep exploration and experiment of the integration of aesthetics and functionality of industrial carriers that carry logistics operations.
