It has a total land area of 41000 square meters and a total construction area of 262000 square meters.

The project covers top luxury hotels, Jia A offices, cultural and performing arts centers, and supporting commercial areas, aiming to build an urban pattern of “art, culture, and smart banks” (one of the five functional sections designated in the “Special Plan for Functional Integration Development and Spatial Quality Improvement of Huangpu River Coastal Areas (2025-2035)”, and a key puzzle for the construction of Shanghai’s world-class waterfront area of “one river, one river”).

As a top luxury product line of Hilton, the completion of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Qiantan has made Shanghai the third city in the world to have dual Waldorf Astoria hotels, forming a cross temporal dialogue between historical classics and modern waterfront luxury residences with old hotels on the Bund.
