The Hangzhou Kaiwu Innovation Building is located at the intersection of Gudun Road and Shenhua Road, and is one of the last undeveloped lands in the west of Hangzhou.
It is adjacent to the main entrance of the east gate of Zhejiang University Zijingang Campus, close to the Xialong Oyster Station of Metro Line 2, and surrounded by traditional office buildings and residential areas.
As a landmark gateway building in the west of the city and Zhejiang University, the project integrates multiple functions such as office, retail, multi-level parking lot, exhibition space, and square, aiming to provide a new platform for knowledge exchange and interaction for surrounding enterprises, academic institutions, and communities.
